How long before my order ships? Orders are processed and shipped usually within 3-5 business days.  Please visit the Shipping page for additional information.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?  We do not accept exchanges but we do accept returns.  Please visit the Returns page for additional information.

Do you ship internationally?  We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you accept custom orders? No, we do not accept custom orders.

Can an order be shipped to an address that's different from the billing address?  No, the shipping and billing addresses must match.  There are no exceptions to this.  Any orders placed where the shipping and billing addresses don't match will be canceled and refunded.
